Where applicable, producing exclusive beats and leveraging post production services to ensure that your next project is radio ready.
The service requires a scheduled recording session for a minimum of 4 hours (at a rate of $65/hr - no engineer or $85/hr - with engineer); for a cost of $130 or $170 each (artist and producer). All artist recording costs are pre-paid in advance of the recording the session being scheduled by David Lee Beats.
The artist and the producer will split the recording costs (50% each) and will retain 50% ownership of the master sound recording file(s) from the session.
Both the artist and the producer will also receive the stem files from the recorded session.
With first right of refusal, David Lee Beats can suggest that all recording and production will take place at BOS - Studio B or Studio C when recording and production are conducted in the metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. For any sessions outside of metro Atlanta area, additional travel expenses will be negotiated between the client and David Lee Beats.
In addition to the studio session hourly rates, a fee of $375 is required from the client for an exclusive, custom track produced by @davidleebeats, and provided to the artist for the recording session.
